Do you have a good place to organize the projects you're working on?
I sure don't.
I usually pile them up on my craft desk, so much so that I never actually use it as a craft desk.
But I'm trying to keep my desk cleared off, so the project pile has shifted to a nearby chair.
(A chair that desperately needs a slipcover. Any tips?)
So here's what I've got in the works:
1. Padding for my camera bag(s)
2. Recovering a pillow with a broken zipper. Not quite sure how I'm going to do it yet, but I sure like this.
3. The floral jersey is for a Sweetpea dress, like this, but with a drawstring instead of a sewn neckline. She has requested matching dresses for her dolls.
4. Dad's old shirt for this dress. Sweetpea is going to have a closet full of dresses soon. I'm a little jealous.
I'm not working at these things very quickly. I get inspired in the morning, but then have a whole day full of scheduled activities before I can get to sewing, and by then I've lost my motivation. Maybe by posting them here, I'll be held accountable. Feel free to nudge me about my progress. :)
What are you working on this spring?
