felt valentines/handmade love

I found the tutorial for these felt valentine envelopes on Everyday Celebrations.
So cute. The kids loved them this morning.

Love is from the heart.

Love is warm, fuzzy, and handmade.

Love is pricking your finger twenty times while making valentines.

Love is wearing paper clip necklaces made by your children, even in public.

For fun, here's a “pull back” of my set up for the felt envelope photos. I don't think to use reflectors very often, but this rainy day required one. I just used a white foam core board, propped against my precariously balanced chalkboard. I stuck a candy box under the valentines so they wouldn't get chalky. It worked well!

And for me, love would be making every teeny tiny stitch by hand since I don't know how to use my sewing machine. Those are too cute! I'll have to save this one for next year!

I love these too! I will have to remember this for next year.
I also love that you did a 'pull back!" I love learning how other people set up shots like this, sometimes ideas I wouldn't have thought of on my own!
