I get really irritated when young adults expect to enjoy all the freedoms of adulthood without any of the responsibilities. No, the responsibilities aren't fun, but they come with the fun freedom. It's a package deal.
Mostly I get irritated because having these opinions makes me feel like an old person. I don't like feeling like an old person.
It's like the music in grocery stores. Have you noticed that they're playing better music in grocery stores? Yeah, they're not really playing better music. . . we're just getting older.
At least I've got this guy to keep me feeling young.
