267/366 pink pearl

The kids and I made applesauce with our Pink Pearl apples today. Pink applesauce is such a novelty, I try to make it each year when the red flesh apples are harvested. We buy ours from Kiyokawa Orchards in Parkdale, Oregon.

I like my applesauce chunky, and just apples—no sugar or anything else added. How do you like yours?
