I got this idea from the
WhiMSy love blog and knew immediately that H would love it. So cute! I would never, in a million years, think to do this, but it really was fun. H would have preferred more control--Barbie wasn't cooperating very well--but she still enjoyed it and she loved hanging the masterpieces in Barbie's castle. She even signed Barbie's--
I mean Rapunzel's--name to the paintings.

H decided yesterday that her Barbies needed a bag that could open to hold things. She also wanted it to be soft, close with a "button" (turns out she meant "snap") and have a shiny beaded handle. She drew me an actual-size drawing so I would know just how big to make it. I whipped it up last night while watching tv. It's just the perfect size for Barbie's phone and keys. I'm dreaming of an Etsy shop...someday...

I must say again that Barbie is a fabulous photo model! I have so much fun taking photos of Barbie.
