peanut butter and banana

Sometimes I like a good peanut butter and banana sandwich.

Whole wheat bread.

Creamy peanut butter.

JIF, to be exact.

On both slices of bread, so it acts like glue.

Banana sliced lengthwise, in thirds or fourths, so it doesn't fall out.

But, inevitably, some will fall out.

That's part of the charm of this particular sandwich.

You have to grab it tight, planning the location of your bites to control the slippery bananas, and constantly maintain the banana to peanut butter ratio.

It's more than just a sandwich.

It's an experience.
