Sigh. I've had this 20mm lens for many months now and I still feel like I'm doing it wrong. I just don't love the images I get from it. Of course, it didn't help that the orchard opened at 10am and the sun was too high. Oh well. We got some good apples out of the trip anyway. I'll try again in a month. Maybe a different orchard. . .
Little Dude wanted a turn after he “posed” for me in the half-cooperative fashion of a five year old. His fingers are just barely big enough to hold focus and press the shutter. It's pretty cute. And his second shot, on the right, is actually my favorite of the day.
